Test requirements for admission to Abu Dhabi ended

Dubai (Bureau Report)

The Emirate of Abu Dhabi has abolished the requirement of PCR test for entry into the state, after which people from other parts of the country will now be able to enter Abu Dhabi without submitting a test report.

The ruling will take effect on Sunday, September 19. The Emirate of Abu Dhabi has made this decision due to the control of the epidemic and the reduction in the number of positive cases, which is currently at zero point two per cent in Abu Dhabi.

According to a government statement, the admission procedure in Abu Dhabi has been updated as the positive case rate has been reduced and the green pass has become active.

The statement asked all persons to abide by the SOP as the relevant committee was monitoring the situation and events.

The condition of the PCR test for admission in Abu Dhabi was imposed last summer and everyone had to show this report at different entry points.
