Dubai (Bureau Report)

The Kuwaiti cabinet has approved the abolition of the principle of social distance during congregational prayers in mosques. After about a year and a half, all mosques in Kuwait will be banned from attending congregational prayers. Sabq News quoted the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Rai as saying that the Kuwaiti cabinet has issued further decisions regarding Corona SOPs and has also allowed seminars and wedding ceremonies.

Kuwaiti cabinet sources said that the emergency committee on Corona had made recommendations that all domestic and international airports in Kuwait should be opened for flights and visas for all countries. Execution should also be restored. Referring to the ban on masks, the sources said that orders have been issued to lift the ban on masks in open spaces, but it is necessary to follow the rules related to health.
