Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the first right on the resources of Balochistan belongs to the people of Balochistan and for its development, I also need your cooperation.
This was stated by Prime Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif while addressing a meeting of the Members of Parliament from Balochistan on the occasion of his visit to Quetta. Almighty has blessed Balochistan with innumerable natural resources. We have to learn from the mistakes of the past. The people of Balochistan have the first right to the resources of Balochistan.
A country is like a family. The pace of development should be the same in all the provinces. History has shown that the people of Balochistan have made great sacrifices for the country.
Balochistan’s water problems will be solved on a priority basis. Allah Almighty has given us this country to work hard. The meeting was attended by Federal Ministers Ahsan Iqbal, Maulana Asad Mehmood, Maulana Wase, Nawabzada Shahzain Bugti, Israr Tareen, Acting Governor Balochistan Jan Muhammad Jamali, Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Abdul Qaddos Bazenjo, Provincial Ministers and Members of Provincial Assembly. Balochistan’s talented manpower is a valuable asset to the country. Monitoring of ongoing development projects should be ensured. Off-grid projects will solve the problem of power shortage in Balochistan. Until Balochistan reaches the rest of the developing provinces, I will not leave China. In all this, I need the support of the Balochistan Cabinet. The implementation of projects will be ensured with your cooperation. The Prime Minister said that our government has no interest in North or South, we have to work for the overall development of the backward areas of Balochistan and the entire province.
