Customs officials in Quetta foiled an attempt to smuggle foreign goods and recovered foreign goods and fertilizers worth crores of rupees.

According to a customs spokesman, customs personnel on a tip-off recovered 442 sacks of urea fertilizer, a large quantity of Indian Gutka and foreign cigarettes from a truck at Lakpas check post which was being smuggled inland.

The value of foreign goods and fertilizers exported is Rs. 3.5 crore.
