In a statement before the ECP committee, the DPO convened a high-level meeting on February 17, which was attended by Usman Dar, Firdous Ashiq Awan and Asif Soni, Deputy Commissioner Sialkot, Assistant Commissioner Daska, police officers and 20 to 24 others. The Presiding Officer attended, Asif Soni brought a bag full of money and gave Rs. 3 lakhs to all the Presiding Officers. Officers and police followed the DPO’s script.
