According to sources, the abducted Lieutenant Colonel Liaq was abducted by terrorists from the Orchum area of Ziarat on July 13 while on his way from Quetta.
The abducted Lt. Col. Laiq was going on a picnic with his family. The kidnappers had released the family of the abducted army officer last night.
Expressing grief over the martyrdom of abducted Lieutenant Colonel Liaq, Balochistan Chief Minister Abdul Qaddos Bizenjo said that the inhumane act of the kidnappers was reprehensible. Terrorist elements martyred a brave officer in a cowardly manner.
The abduction and martyrdom of an army officer are aimed at creating an atmosphere of terror and terror. Terrorists and their masterminds will fail in their nefarious intentions.
The Chief Minister said that the incident has increased the public hatred against the terrorists and the brave security forces personnel and officers could not be intimidated by such cowardly acts and the elements involved in the incident would soon be brought to an end.
