Organized a charity dinner to support the Mayor of Rochdale’s charity for Pakistan’s Independence Day.

On the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, Pakistan Welfare Association, which was established in 1960, in Castlemere community in Rochdale, United Kingdom, its spirited Hafiz Abdul Malik and founder member community leader Chaudhry Ghulamul Rasool Shahzad and MD of Worldwide Muhammad. Zahid organized a charity dinner at Castlemere Community Hall to support the Mayor of Rochdale’s charity.

A large number of local councillors, businessmen, social personalities and families of Pakistani Kashmiris participated, including Mayor Rochdale Councillor Ali Ahmed, Cabinet Member Councilor Professor Iftikhar Ahmed, Deputy Leader Rochdale Council Councillor Ali Adalat, Leader of Rochdale Council Anil Ahmed, Social Madhhabi personalities Muhammad Sarwar Chishti, Sadra Butt, Hafiz Abdul Malik, Nambardar Chaudhry Mahmood, Chaudhry Ghulam-ul-Rasoul Shahzad, Panchwal Lodhi were included.

Prominent community and religious personality Muhammad Sarwar Chishti won the hearts of the people by singing Milli songs. On this occasion, Mayor Rochdale Councilor Ali Ahmed said that in the charity event we have collected money for the Mayor’s Charity Appeal so that the needs of the needy can be provided for. I am grateful for today’s event to help the community and charity.

Mayor Consort Sultan Ali said that we are grateful to the organizer for holding today’s charity dinner and that they helped to collect money for the charity appeal – Chaudhry Ghulamul Rasool Shehzad said that the participation of the Rochdale community in the mayor’s dinner today is telling. He always participates in welfare work.

Socio-political personality Aafia Shah and Councillor Aiza, Sidra Butt said that today people attended Castle Mir Hall with their families and everyone had fun here because there were entertainment opportunities for everyone.

Rochdale Council Deputy Leader Ali Adalat said that the Pakistani and Kashmiri community in Rochdale always participates fully in charity work. Democracy should be strengthened there.

President of the Pakistani Kashmiri Association and host Chaudhry Aitzaz Asim thanked the local community for their participation at the Mayor’s dinner and said that it is hoped that the community of Rochdale will play a role in the development of such a united Rochdale.

Rochdale Council’s Mayor’s Charity Appeal has seen generous donations from the local community.
