Hasan Raza of Sialkot was friends with Bilal, and both of them met, where the two friends started quarrelling due to which Hasan Raza came to and fired at Bilal.
Bilal got 2 bullets and Bilal fell to the ground injured. Hassan managed to escape by firing.
Bilal has been shifted to Civil Hospital Sialkot where he is out of danger.
The local police reached the spot and started their action and registered an FIR against the accused.
