Consul General Tariq Wazir, posted at the Pakistan Consulate in Manchester, gave a farewell lunch in honour of Pakistan Consul General Birmingham Ahmar Ismail at his residence.
Among those who attended the lunch were Mohammad Afzal Khan CBE Member, British Parliament Shadow Deputy Leader, Lord Wajid Khan, Anil Musarat Advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, Mayor Rachdale Asim Rashid, Deputy Consul General at Pakistan Consulate Birmingham, Businessman Shahbaz Sarwar, businessman Gohar Jilani were present.
Consul General Tariq Wazir thanked Ahmer Ismail of Birmingham Pakistan Consulate in Birmingham for coming to Manchester and said that Consul General Ahmer Ismail set an example by serving the Pakistani community during his tenure at the Birmingham Consulate.
Consul General Birmingham Ahmar Ismail thanked Consul General Tariq Wazir for hosting a lunch in his honour and said that Tariq Wazir is an example of hospitality.
