Vaccination is mandatory for those going to public places in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi (Special Report)

Only vaccinated people will be allowed to visit many public places in Abu Dhabi, such as schools, malls and restaurants.

According to officials, in an effort to combat the Coronavirus epidemic, Abu Dhabi authorities will only allow vaccinators to access public places and keep all such people away from shopping malls, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms and sports facilities. Those who have not been vaccinated will go.

However, such people will be able to go to less crowded places. Abu Dhabi’s Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Committee said the decision was in line with the UAE’s strategy to deal with the coronavirus. According to the committee, the ruling will not apply to children under the age of 15 and those who are exempt from vaccination, including pregnant women and those with medical problems.

It is believed that the authorities in the United Arab Emirates have launched a campaign to vaccinate citizens on a large scale. Authorities warned citizens in April that those who would not be vaccinated would have their movement restricted.
