The UAE has decided to issue Golden Residence to doctors residing in the country.
According to the Emirati News Agency (WAM), the decision has been approved by the Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The government has directed all doctors residing in the country to apply for Golden Residence. The doctors will be allowed to stay in the country for 10 years and will be given special privileges.
By deciding to issue Golden Residence to the doctors, they have acknowledged their services for the prevention of Corona. The government has said that doctors in the country who have a permit from the medical authority can submit an online application for Golden Residence by September.
In addition, applications for Golden Residence will be received through the Residence Departments in all the states of the UAE.
