Jammu and Kashmir Movement for Right to Self-Determination International and Youth Parliament of Pakistan Addresses International Kashmir Parliamentary Conference on “Exploitation Day”

Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that India has put an end to oppression in the occupied valley for decades. In Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, enforced disappearances, rape and serious human rights violations are on the rise. The political process in the occupied valley has been blocked by military force.

Occupied Kashmir is violating UN resolutions. The Kashmir issue has been discussed three times in the Security Council over the August 5 illegal move.

He was addressing the International Kashmir Parliamentary Conference on “Day of Exploitation” organized by Jammu and Kashmir Tehreek-e-Haq Khudaradit International and Youth Parliament Pakistan, which was chaired by Raja Najabat Hussain, Chairman Tehreek-e-Haq Khudaradit International.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the international community should take notice of Indian state terrorism in illegally occupied Kashmir. International media, civil society and human rights organizations expose Indian state terrorism. India is violating international law in illegally occupied Kashmir.

Addressing the conference, Deputy Speaker National Assembly Muhammad Qasim Khan Suri, Federal Minister Syed Fakhr Imam, Chairman Kashmir Committee Shahriar Khan Afridi, Senator Mushahid Hussain Syed and Senator Sherry Rehman said that the people of Pakistan were against the Indian occupation of Kashmir. Participating side by side in the struggle, Pakistan stands by its principled position that Kashmiris should be given the right to decide their future following UN resolutions.

Addressing the gathering, the British and European MPs said that the struggle of the people of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir was a humanitarian issue, the identity of which was eradicated by India two years ago through unilateral measures. He said that immediate attention should be paid to resolving this long-standing issue of Kashmir as per UN resolutions, Pakistan and India should start a dialogue process, India should immediately start human rights violations within occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Close it.

The Members of Parliament appreciated the services of Raja Najabat Hussain, Chairman of the Movement in Europe and the United Kingdom, and assured him of their full support in the struggle for the right of the Kashmiri people to self-determination.

Addressing the conference, Raja Najabat Hussain, the host of the conference and chairman of Tehreek-e-Haq Khudaradit International, said that India has been occupying a large part of the state through its military might for 74 years. Disregarding all international laws, UN resolutions, killing the rights of Kashmiris and destroying the centuries-old identity and status of the state, turning the occupied state into an open prison of the world, where today thousands of Kashmiris and The Kashmiri leadership is chained in jails, torturing innocent children, women and youth has become a daily routine of Indian forces.

He said that the world powers should realize that all avenues of lasting peace in the region pass through Kashmir and as long as Kashmiris are not given their due, clouds of dust will continue to hover in the region.
