London: The number of people recovering from Corona worldwide is in the tens of millions. But many patients have seen many problems. In this regard, regular exercise can prevent many attacks of this deadly disease.
The Leicester Research Center, affiliated with the National Institutes of Health in the UK, found that many patients with COD 19 exercised for six weeks and found amazing benefits. People who exercised also noted strengthening of the respiratory system, reduction of fatigue and improvement in mental capacity. The study is published in the Journal of Chronic Respiratory Diseases.
In this regard, 30 patients infected with Corona were given exercise classes twice a week after recovering from Corona and they were blocked in the hospital and given various exercises. These will include aerobic exercise, treadmill running, arm and leg exercises and other types of exercise.
In six weeks, all participants showed improvement in exercise and were given score scores. This improved fatigue and drowsiness. Prior to this, most patients had physical and psychological disorders that severely affected their daily routines. Some people had lost the sense of smell and taste and many people were having difficulty breathing.
The group included both men, whose average age was 58 years. Eighty-seven percent of them were hospitalized with code 19. Most patients spent 10 days in hospital. Of these, 14% underwent mechanical ventilation and many had been in the ICU. Four of them already had respiratory problems such as asthma.
The physiotherapist at Leicester Hospital also played a role. Doctors found that many patients found it easier to walk and other patients saw much improvement in breathing. The understanding and acquisition of many patients also improved.
In most cases, patients feel tired and weak when exercised. But no such adverse effects were seen in cod patients, which is also a hopeful thing.
