The actress disclosed on Instagram that they had split up eight years later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They didn\u2019t have any kids together. Polish, though, is the mother of Jo Strettell\u2019s 23-year-old son Jasper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur hearts are full, as we have never been so enamored and deeply grateful for one another as we do in this decision to separate,\u201d Bosworth wrote on their separation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u201cTogether, over the last ten years, Michael and I have chosen love, every time.
