{"id":16112,"date":"2022-07-25T08:24:31","date_gmt":"2022-07-25T08:24:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/undergroundnews.co.uk\/?p=16112"},"modified":"2022-07-25T08:24:35","modified_gmt":"2022-07-25T08:24:35","slug":"elon-musk-denies-romantic-affair-with-google-co-founder-brins-wife","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/undergroundnews.co.uk\/?p=16112&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Elon Musk denies &#8216;romantic&#8217; affair with Google co-founder Brin&#8217;s wife"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Mishaal Arshad C.M Underground News<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tesla boss Elon Musk said late on Sunday on Twitter that he and Google co-founder Sergey Brin remain friends and denied a report that he had been involved in an affair with Brin\u2019s wife Nicole Shanahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Musk\u2019s tweets came after a\u00a0<em>Wall Street Journal\u00a0<\/em>report that cited unidentified sources saying he had engaged in a brief affair with Shanahan.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The paper said the affair prompted Brin to file for divorce from Shanahan earlier this year and ended the tech billionaires\u2019 long friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dismissing the report, Musk tweeted: \u201cSergey and I are friends and were at a party together last night! I\u2019ve only seen Nicole twice in three years, both times with many other people around. Nothing romantic.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tesla and Google, whose parent company is Alphabet Inc, did not immediately respond to\u00a0<em>Reuters\u2019\u00a0<\/em>requests for comments outside regular business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Reuters\u00a0<\/em>wasn\u2019t immediately able to reach Brin or Shanahan for comment. A lawyer for Brin declined to comment to the\u00a0<em>WSJ<\/em>, and Shanahan didn\u2019t respond to requests from the paper for comment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brin filed for divorce citing \u201cirreconcilable differences,\u201d the Journal said, quoting records it said were filed in Santa Clara County Superior Court.
